跑步時軀幹愈穩定,擺臂與擺腿的效率愈好,身體加速的過程也愈不會拖泥帶水。如果身體在向前加速的過程中有一丁點搖擺或晃動,速度就會變慢,能量也會消耗更多,所以軀幹的「穩定度」相當重要。
