My performance coaching service provides a personal coaching experience to help you achieve your running goals. Whether it's a personal best, or running your first marathon, I'll guide you every step of the way! I have been running for 15 years, and coaching for the last 3. I've coached athletes from the junior high school level, to recreational runners, to sub-elites. Specializing in the full marathon distances.

As a coach, I can work with anyone training from the mile to the marathon, specializing in the full marathon distances. I truly have a passion for working with runners, and enjoy seeing athletes reach their goals, and achieve things that they did not think possible. I'm married the love of my life and currently living in Taipei.

 

教學理念

心率可以代表一個人在運動時的費力程度,心率越低表示越輕鬆。下面是幾位同學經過訓練後,在10公里比賽中速度變得更快但心率大幅下降的例子。

案例一:跑步技術提升之後,速度變快了,但是心率維持不變。

案例二:心率維持不變,但 10 公里成績快了將近 10 分鐘。

案例三:移動的效率變好了,10 公里成績快了 4 分鐘。

案例四:在心率更低的情況下,10 公里成績快了 7 分鐘。

案例五:速度不變,但心率大幅下降。
