Description
若肩關節活動度太差,將使跑者擺臂的空間跟受限,這將使跑者的擺臂動作無法平衡雙腿的擺動,進而使得軀幹旋轉與晃動。也就是說,肩關節的活動度將影響到跑者軀幹的穩定性,當軀幹在跑動時一直過度旋轉,將容易造成各種偏差姿勢,像是跨步、腿尾巴、剎車效應,也會使得加速的效率變差。
